Garlic White Sliced Chicken
1.
Clean the chicken half. Did not buy three yellow chickens, so I had to use grass chickens.
2.
Prepare the garlic paste, add diced red pepper, diced green pepper, and fresh soy sauce. Add a little sesame oil. Peanut oil can also be used.
3.
Add ginger spring onion and a little peppercorns to the casserole. Add the chicken. The amount of water needs to soak the chicken noodles. Bring to a boil for three minutes and turn off the heat. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4.
Pick up the chicken, put it in ice water, or pick it up, and put it in the pot after the skin is slightly dry. Boil for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. If it is a whole chicken, it needs to be boiled for another 3 minutes and then simmered for another 10 minutes. Or simmer for about half an hour and minutes after boiling.
5.
You can check this way. Use a toothpick to pierce the chicken thigh for blood. Or use chopsticks to pierce the roots of the thighs, and remove them if there is no blood seepage.
6.
After it is completely cold in ice water, you can apply a layer of sesame oil on the surface to prevent it from drying out.
7.
To cut cooked food, you need to choose a special cutting board and chop into pieces. Just serve it with the sauce. It’s super simple, boil it, simmer it, and simmer it quickly, isn’t it?
8.
It's edible.
