The old turkey soup, cooked in a black pottery kettle, has a pleasant surprise. It takes 2 hours to boil until the bones and flesh are separated. For the first time, I think that in addition to the delicious chicken soup, the chicken soup is also delicious~

Old Turkey Soup

1. Prepare the ingredients, slaughter the chicken in the vegetable farm, go home to get the internal organs, clean, remove the head and tail

2. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water

3. Blanching water: Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, put the whole chicken in, pour the cooking wine, and bring to a boil

4. Remove the chicken, put it in the rice cooker, and add the water that has not had the chicken

5. Then wash the soaked shiitake mushrooms, pat the ginger pieces apart, wash and knot the green onions, and put them all in the pot

6. Select the old hot soup function key, boil for 2 hours

7. When 20 minutes are left, add the washed red dates and wolfberry, cover the pot and continue to boil

8. When the time is up, remove the green onions and discard them, ready to eat

Tips:

1. Choose a little hen weighing about 3 jin in the vegetable market, ask the boss to help kill the chicken and pull the hair
2. Don't eat both the head and the tail
3. My soup is a bit sweet, red dates and wolfberry can be reduced
