Garlic Yellow Bone Fish

When buying fresh yellow-bone fish, ask it to remove the bones in the mouth. Then swipe the fish sideways with two knives in order to taste it. There is water, cooking wine and ginger slices soak to remove fishy.

Wipe off the moisture on it with a napkin. Spread a little salt and white pepper and marinate for 20 minutes for a while to taste.

The spicy chop of ginger, garlic, and millet is slightly thicker.

Spread the blended oil and oyster sauce under the steaming dish.

Put the fish on the fish plate. Put celery sticks. Put the chopped ginger garlic and millet spicy.

Boiling water in a pot. Steam for 10 minutes and remove the celery stalks with chopsticks. After ten minutes, top with steamed fish soy sauce, turn off the heat, and steam for five minutes.
