Garlic Yellow Pork

Cut the pork loin into strips and cut the garlic into two sections. Personally, I don't like starch marinating. The technique is not good and the soup is slimy.

Heat the oil over high heat and add the tenderloin. Spread and loosen it, after turning white, put light soy sauce, a little salt, stir fry for about a minute to serve

Put oil in the pot, add garlic yellow, and chopsticks evenly. Add a teaspoon of sugar and half a teaspoon of salt in about 30 seconds. Finally, add the fried shredded pork and wait for it to taste.
