Gayu Tofu Soup

Wash the Ga fish, cut tofu, carrots, and ginger for later use.

Put them in a casserole one by one, simmer on high heat and change to low heat.
3.
Skim off the top layer of foam when stewing. Simmer on low heat for 1 and a half hours. Sprinkle salt, chicken essence and chives in the pan.
