Wash the Pueraria lobata flower and let it dry.

Dry the water-free Pueraria lobata flower with salt and five-spice powder and mix well.

Mix with dry flour to make the kudzu flower particles distinct. Do not stick to each other.

Cover the drawer with a clean drawer cloth. Put the Pueraria lobata flower on top and spread it flat.

Boil the water and steam for 8-10 minutes.

Tips:
Garlic sauce can be replaced with other sauces, such as sesame sauce, scallion sauce, and the sauce is similar to hot pot sauce.
