[German mulled wine with fruit cheese]
A perfect match in the gourmet world = biscuits + fruit cheese, it goes well on sunny and rainy days.
Pulling on the exotic German mulled wine is simply the iron triangle of the afternoon tea world, unshakable!

German Mulled Wine with Fruit Cheese

1. Take an apple and cut into small dices for later use

2. Take an orange, peel and cut into 1/2 slices

3. Cut some more lemon zest

4. Pour the whole bottle of red wine into the pot, add orange, lemon zest, and apple diced

5. Add 8 cloves of cinnamon, a whole root and a spoonful of sugar

6. Open the fire, wait for the red wine to boil

7. Put the canned fruit in the triangle cheese and mix well

8. Spoon the fruit cheese on the biscuits

9. Cut some fresh rosemary and sprinkle on the fruit cheese

10. Put the mulled wine in the container

Tips:

Fresh fruits can be used instead of canned fruits. Red wine is not easy to heat up for too long
