Ginga Beef Stir-fried Sweet Potato Noodles

Cook the sweet potato flour with boiling water, and set aside in cold water

Add light soy sauce and sesame oil to the minced beef and let it marinate for 5 minutes. Add the mung bean sprouts and stir-fry until the bean sprouts are cooked. Add in salt and mushroom extract.

Pour the sweet potato flour into the mung bean sprouts, add the light soy sauce and stir fry

Stir-fry evenly until the sauce is evenly covered on all the sweet potato flour
5.
Start the pot and serve it on the plate
Tips:
Sweet potato flour can be stirred together with chopsticks and spatula, it will be easier to stir evenly
