Ginger and Cowpea

Fold the cowpea into about 10cm, wash the ginger and cut into fine powder for later use.

Put the cowpea in boiling water for 30 seconds and then remove it.
3.
Tie the cowpeas into knots one by one and set aside.
4.
Mix the cowpea and salt thoroughly, place on a plate, and sprinkle with ginger.
Tips:
The cowpea must be fresh, so that the color will be green after blanching. You can add salad oil in the water while blanching, to make the color of the dishes bright.
