Ginger Brown Sugar Milk Tea

Prepare these ginger slices, brown sugar, Lipton tea bags and other ingredients

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add sliced ginger and cook for 1 to 2 minutes

Add brown sugar and stir while heating

After it has completely melted, put in a packet of Lipton black tea bag

After boiling, pour in pure milk and black and white evaporated milk

Medium and small fire: continue to stir and heat at the same time to prevent the pot from sticking

After boiling again, turn off the heat, close the lid and stuff for 2 minutes, so that the flavors are fully integrated

Pour the cooked milk tea with ginger ale and brown sugar into a sieve to filter

Tips:
1. Ginger slices and black tea: cook a little longer for a better taste;
2. There is no black and white evaporated milk: you can use whipped cream or the same amount of pure milk instead;
3. The amount of brown sugar: a little bit sweet, friends who don't like sweet can reduce the amount;
4. Boil milk tea with ginger ale and brown sugar: it will be smoother after filtering (collapsed).
