Ginger Bumping Milk

Wash the ginger and scrape off the ginger skin; shave the ginger into ginger paste; use a spoon to press the ginger paste into the ginger juice until the ginger paste can no longer squeeze out the ginger juice

Heat the pot over medium heat; pour the milk into the pot that is heating; see that the milk starts to bubble, add an appropriate amount of white sugar, stir with chopsticks until the sugar dissolves; turn off the heat

Pour the heated milk quickly into the rice bowl with the remaining ginger juice, wait for the milk to solidify and then eat
Tips:
1. The milk should not be heated for too long, less than 2 minutes;
2. When hitting ginger juice with milk, pour it from a high place, about 30 cm away from the rice bowl, and pour it into a rice bowl with ginger juice. Don't leave the ginger paste in the ginger juice;
3. For those who like spicy food, you can make more ginger juice. The sweetness varies from person to person.
