Ginger Chicken Wings

After washing the chicken wings, use a toothpick to insert the small holes, take a suitable amount of ginger slices, ginger juice, starch, and cooking wine, mix well and let it taste.

Use kitchen paper to dry the marinated chicken wings. Add a spoon of cooking wine and an appropriate amount of water to the ginger juice of the marinated chicken wings to make a sauce for later use.
