Ginger Cowpea

1. 1 catty of long cowpea.

2. 20g shredded ginger, 10g shredded red pepper.

3. Boil hot water in a pot and add cowpeas. Cook for about 5 minutes and must be blanched.

4. Take it out and put it in a basin and let it cool down naturally for about 10 minutes.

5. When the cowpea is not cool enough, add shredded ginger and pepper.

6. Add salt and MSG.

7. After mixing well, marinate for more than 2 hours, and stir in the middle.

8. Cut into sections with a knife and serve on a plate.
