Ginger Honey Water

Prepare the ingredients: old ginger, honey; wash the old ginger;

Boil a pot of fresh water with a water heater;
3.
Peel off the skin of the old ginger; because I drink it by myself, I only used half of the old ginger in the first step;
4.
Cut into ginger slices;
5.
Put the ginger slices into the drinking cup;
6.
Pour in fresh boiled water, cover tightly with a cup lid, and wait until the fresh boiled water becomes warm water (a little hotter than cold boiled water);
7.
Tune in honey;
8.
Stir it well and you can drink it.
Tips:
1. When soaking ginger slices in fresh water, cover tightly with a cup lid, which can stimulate the effect of ginger;
2. When the fresh boiled water becomes warm water (a little hotter than cold boiled water), the honey can be added;
3. The amount of honey can be adjusted according to personal taste;
