Ginger Jujube Enzyme
1.
Peel the ginger and wash it well.

Cut the jujube meat with scissors.
3.
White sugar.
4.
One enzyme bucket.
5.
Put all the ingredients in the bucket, close the lid, stir once a day, and leave the bucket in about 5 days.
6.
Enzyme products.
Tips:
Red goji berries are fine. I don’t have red ones anymore. For the black goji berries I use, it’s better to replace the white sugar with brown sugar.
