In the cold winter, a cup of ginger and jujube tea will make your body warm. It is especially suitable for women, especially if you have a drink in the morning, drink it often or insistently, it will be beautiful.

Ginger Jujube Tea

1. Soak the red dates in advance, wash the mud and sand, and remove the core for later use (pass through the bottom with chopsticks to remove the core). Cut ginger into small pieces

2. Put the ginger granules into the container (garlic masher).

3. Pound the ginger with a stick.

4. The finer the ginger, the better.

5. Take a pot (I use a pressure cooker), boil the water in the pot, and add the ground ginger.

6. Put the red dates together. Cook together for about 10 minutes.

7. Add brown sugar and turn off the heat when the brown sugar melts.

8. The residue can be filtered while eating, and people who are not afraid of spicy food can also eat it with the residue.

Tips:

The finer the ginger is pounded, the better, and some are chopped into powder.
Red dates are pitted. If you want to eat with slag, you can mash the red dates and ginger together into a powder, then put it in a pot and boil it into a paste, and then mix it with boiling water.
