Ginger Jujube Tea

Wash the jujube, remove the pit, cut into silk, and finely chop.

Rinse ginger and peel it without peeling it, shred it and then finely chop it.

Put chopped jujube and chopped ginger into the pot together. Add an appropriate amount of water to submerge the ingredients.

Bring to a boil on high heat and add rock sugar.

Stir constantly to prevent the bottom of the pot from sticking.

Cook until it becomes a thick jam. After cooling, seal and refrigerate in the refrigerator, dig a spoonful every day and brew with hot water.
Tips:
Jujube ginger tea is suitable for drinking in the morning, not in the evening.
