When I grew up reading "The Analects", I saw "from time to time, don't eat" and "don't withdraw ginger food" in the Xiangdang chapter. Think again of Zhu Xi's note: "Jiang, understands the spirits, removes filthiness, and therefore does not withdraw." Ginger, it's such a good thing.
Now is the time to eat ginger. But what should ginger do?

Later, I learned that the prescriptions in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" used the two in a very high proportion. Ginger and jujube are the most important medicinal materials in the "prescription for beauty" in "Miracle Recipe". Think about it, putting these two together shouldn't be wrong.
In the records of "Compendium of Materia Medica", ginger mainly treats: "Return to the five internal organs, eliminate wind, cold and heat, treat typhoid head to relieve nasal congestion, cough and upper qi, relieve vomiting, expectorant and lower qi." , Through the nine orifices, help the twelve meridians."
Ginger and jujube tea can warm the middle and dispel cold, replenish blood and righteous qi. Especially when you have a cold and a fever, drinking a cup is good for sweating.
Prepare 50g ginger and 50g red dates. I was afraid that the ginger taste was too spicy, so I prepared 15g ice brown sugar.
