Tips:
1. Remove the pits of the red dates. Use the pointed end of the straw to insert the red dates. The date pits are left in the straw. Put a tissue or a small towel on the palm of your hand, otherwise your frustrated hands will feel bad
2. When I squeezed ginger juice, I was afraid that too thin ginger juice would increase the cooking time, so I added very little water and the ginger juice was mushy. It turns out I was wrong! I'm wrong! It's too dry, the red dates can't be boiled at all. The boil is the water I added again. So the ginger juice must be thinner. In this way, the red dates can be softened and boiled.
