Ginger Kale

Boil the kale with boiling water and remove it immediately

Separate the leaves and stems, tear off the old skin of the stems

Cut the stem into small pieces

Cut carrots into small pieces and blanch them with boiling water

Sliced ginger

Put oil in the pan, heat up, add ginger slices and fry slowly

Fry until the ginger slices are slightly yellow, add the carrots and fry a little

Then add the kale and stir fry

Add a little sugar and salt, stir fry for a while, turn off the heat and take out
Tips:
The kale should be blanched with boiling water a little bit. Don’t blanch it for too long.
