Ginger Lotus Root Slices

Peel the lotus root and wash it well

Slice and blanch it in hot water
3.
Cool water (preferably twice more)
4.
Mix all the seasonings into a bowl of juice, pour in the lotus root slices, mix well, and you can use it (forgot to make the juice)
Tips:
When adjusting the juice, you can add a little water to dilute it, and the taste will be better
