Ginger Lotus Root Slices

Sliced lotus root.

Shred ginger.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot to heat up, add the ginger shreds and saute, then add the lotus root slices.

Stir evenly over high heat.

Add some salt to taste.

Just sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Plate.
