Ginger Lotus Root Slices

1. Lotus root, ginger.

2. Wash the lotus root, peel and slice.

3. Peel the ginger and cut into fines.

4. Put vinegar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, fried chili, and sesame oil in the bowl and make a juice for later use.
