Ginger Pumpkin

Peel off the skin of the pumpkin, scoop up the inner flesh, and wash.

Cut the pumpkin into chunks and place it on the plate. Place the ginger and lemon slices on top of the pumpkin.

I use the rice cooker to cook the rice underneath, and steam it with the steaming grid on the top. Simple, the rice is cooked, and the pumpkin is also steamed.

Finished product. The ginger and lemon can be picked out and sprinkled with honey to make the taste sweeter. The purpose of putting ginger is to dehumidify. If it is too hot and humid in summer, you can put more ginger slices according to your preference.
