Tips:
1. My powdered sugar is ground by myself with rock sugar. Brown sugar powder is ground by myself. After grinding, sieving. Ginger powder can be bought directly from the supermarket. The syrup is made of inverted syrup. If not, you can use honey instead;
2. It is recommended not to bake at too high a temperature to avoid deformation;
3. It is not easy to roll into a film. It is recommended to continue rolling in the bag for a while after taking it out of the refrigerator.
