Gingko Porridge

Ingredients: Ginkgo, peeled. Yuba, soaked for later use

After washing the rice, salt it with appropriate amount of oil for preparation

Add half of the boiling water to the pot and bring to a boil
4.
Add the ginkgo and yuba to the pot, cover the pot, and simmer for about 1 hour
5.
Stir every 10 minutes to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot
6.
After the porridge is cooked, add some salt to taste
7.
Put it in a bowl, you can start
Tips:
1. The rice should be marinated with oil and salt, so that it is easy to boil the rice.
2. Add the required amount of water at one time and add water midway, the porridge is not tasty.
