Ginkgo biloba is a highly nutritious and advanced tonic, containing crude protein, crude fat, reducing sugar, nuclear protein, minerals, crude fiber and multiple vitamins. Anti-aging, ginkgo biloba is rich in vitamin C, riboflavin, carotene, and it is beautiful and healthy. You can't eat more good things. Some stew is good. Stewed ginkgo is more delicious.

Gingko Stew

1. Ginkgo cracked with a gentle pat on the back of the knife

2. The peeled ginkgo has a thin skin, which is removed after being scalded with boiling water

3. Cut the pork belly into uniform pieces

4. Stir-fry the pork belly with chopped green onion in hot oil, add light soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, aniseed, and stir-fry until the pork belly changes color

5. Then add an appropriate amount of water and simmer for about 40 minutes

6. Put ginkgo when the meat is soft and rotten

7. The soup is almost harvested, add salt, stir fry, and get out of the pot

Tips:

Ginkgo is peeled faster with boiling water. When the meat is cooked, put the ginkgo to make it more fragrant
