Ginkgo Beauty Soup

Ingredients: ginkgo, sweet almonds, pig skin. Seasoning: ginger, salt, green onion, star anise, rice wine

Peel the ginkgo and set aside. Wash the sweet almonds, slice the ginger, and cut the green onion into sections for later use; add pepper and star anise to the boiled water under the pig skin and cook for five minutes to remove, wash and scrape off the fat.

Cut the processed pigskin into diamond-shaped pieces for later use.

Put the pigskin, almonds, and ginkgo in the pot and add appropriate amount of water.

After boiling, skim the froth and other oily flowers, and then put the rice wine.

Cover and bring to a boil on high heat, turn to warm and simmer for half an hour, add salt to taste and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes.
