Glass Heart Biscuits

Soften the butter at room temperature and beat it with an electric whisk;

Add powdered sugar and beat the butter with an electric whisk;

Add the whole egg liquid into the whipped butter in 3 times to make the egg liquid fully absorbed;

Sift in low-gluten flour, baking powder, salt, and use a rubber spatula to cut and mix the flour and butter evenly;

Mix the flour into a dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to harden;

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a 5mm thick dough, and then use a mold to press the shape of love on the dough;

Move the heart-shaped biscuits to the golden baking tray, and then use the piping mouth to hollow out as shown in the middle;

Crush the red fruit hard candy;
9.
Put it in the middle of the heart-shaped biscuit;
10.
Put it in the preheated oven, middle level, upper and lower fire, 175 degrees, bake for about 10 minutes!
Tips:
1. Don't move the biscuits after they are baked, take them out and put them on the plate after they have cooled down completely;
2. The amount of sugar should not be too much or too little, you can follow the amount I put in the picture.
