Tips:
1. After the butter has softened at room temperature, add powdered sugar and stir it before using an electric whisk so that it will not spill outside.
2. The whole egg liquid is added in batches to prevent the oil-water separation from being difficult to fuse, and it is not obvious when the amount is small, especially when it is doubled, the whole egg liquid must be added in batches.
3. After adding the flour, don't knead it like kneading dough, just grab it into a dough with your hands to prevent the dough from becoming gluten, and the biscuit made is not crispy.
4. The shape of the biscuits can be chosen at will. Do not put too little hard candy in the middle, otherwise it will not form sugar chips.
