Glass Sugar Biscuits
1.
After the butter is softened, add fine sugar and salt, and beat with a whisk until it is fluffy
2.
Add the egg yolk and beat with a whisk to make the egg and butter completely fuse into a puffy and light state
3.
Mix low-gluten flour and baking powder into the butter
4.
First use a rubber spatula to stir to mix the flour and butter. When it's almost mixed, knead it into a soft dough with your hands. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into a 0.3cm sheet (you can pad the dough in the middle of two oiled paper or a fresh-keeping bag and roll it out, so that the dough does not stick to better operation)
5.
Use a biscuit mold to carve out the biscuit graphics, and press the piping head in the middle
6.
Place the pressed hollow biscuit dough on the baking tray
7.
Put two or three pieces of chopped fruit hard candies in the middle of the cookie dough. Then put it in a preheated 180℃ oven, heat up and down, middle layer, and bake for about 8 minutes, until the fruit hard candy in the middle is melted and ready to come out of the oven. After cooling down completely, remove it from the parchment paper
