Glinole Cold Lettuce Leaves

Wash the lettuce leaves and cut into sections. Wash shiitake mushrooms and small red peppers and cut into thin slices.

Add water, salt, and a few drops of oil to the pot. Cook the shiitake mushroom slices first, then add the lettuce leaves and blanch them to remove.

Put the lettuce leaves and shiitake mushroom slices in a small plate, add Glinol linseed oil and sesame oil, mix well, sprinkle with small red peppers and serve.
