A bowl of the most homely fried noodles to welcome the sunny morning.
Since I was a child, I have liked Dad’s dishes. Sometimes when breakfast is in a hurry, Dad will make us a bowl of fried noodles. It seems simple, but it took a lot of hard work. At that time, Dad liked to put a little bit of his own fried lard in making noodles, plus homemade chopped chili, every bite was a treat. Now that I am thousands of miles away from my parents, I can only do it myself if I want to eat noodles, but I always feel that there is less flavor.
