Gluten and Shiitake Mushroom Claypot

After the shiitake mushrooms are washed, everything is done. After peeling off the old leaves of the green vegetables, cut into small pieces and wash them. The gluten is soaked in clean water and then washed with warm water several times before squeezing out the water.

Prepare garlic cloves and oyster sauce

Hot pot pour oil

Tips:
1. The green vegetables I use are the local dwarf vegetables here, which are cooked as soon as they are cooked, and the cooking time is adjusted according to different green vegetables
2. Adding a little sugar can improve freshness, and nothing like chicken essence is added.
