Glutinous Fragrant Shaomai

Soak the glutinous rice for three hours and then put it in an electric pressure cooker to cook. Because it has been soaked, just add a little water.

Chop the lean meat, shiitake mushrooms, garlic, ginger and green onions.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it up, then add the garlic, ginger and mushrooms to fragrant, pour in the minced meat, add some salt, chicken powder, and soy sauce, and stir fry.

Stir-fry the meat and pour the glutinous rice, then break it, add some soy sauce, and sprinkle with chopped green onion, turn off the heat and let it cool before use.

Prepare the dumpling wrappers and start making them. My dumpling wrappers are for purchase.

Drag the dumpling wrapper with your left hand and squeeze it with your right hand.

Tips:
The glutinous rice has to be soaked before it can be cooked easily! The steaming time should not be too long because the stuffing is cooked and the dumpling wrappers are easily cooked and steaming for ten minutes is enough.
