Glutinous Rice and Taro Porridge

Clean the glutinous rice and purple rice and soak in water overnight.

Put the soaked glutinous rice and purple rice in the casserole, and pour it together with the soaked rice water

Add appropriate amount of water to boil, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Red dates pitted and chopped

Pour into the porridge and boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes

Taro, peeled and diced

Put it in the porridge and simmer for 10 minutes

Until the soup is thick.

Pour in the cleaned goji berries and raisins, simmer for 2 minutes and serve.
Tips:
Be sure to stir more when cooking the porridge to avoid sticking the pot
