Glutinous Rice Double Date Pumpkin Cup

Prepare glutinous rice and soak for at least 6 hours in advance. Wash and drain pumpkin, candied dates, red dates, wolfberry, and corn.

Put the glutinous rice in a steamer and steam it on high heat for 20 minutes

Wash the pumpkin, cut it from 1/4, and dig out the pumpkin flesh

Wash the red dates and candied dates, remove the pits, cut each into thin strips, and cut the rest into small dices; wash and drain the wolfberry.

Don't heat the oil in the pan, turn off the heat to cool, pour in the steamed glutinous rice, add corn, candied dates, red dates and sugar.

1. The glutinous rice should be soaked for at least 6 hours (longer in winter), and it will be easier to soften when steamed.
2. After steaming, stir in the sugar while it is hot (sweetness is controlled by yourself, you can put more if you like sweet).
3. You can put something you like in the glutinous rice, or put a variety of beans.
