Glutinous Rice Egg

Wash the glutinous rice and soak for 12 hours;

Soak shiitake mushrooms for 1 hour and cut into small pieces;

Add ham cubes, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, chicken essence and stir fry;

Stir the fried fillings with glutinous rice;

Wash the salted eggs, tap a small oil on the surface of the eggs with a spoon, and pour out the egg whites;

Put the filling into the eggshell, about eighth full, and then wrap it with tin foil;

Place in a steaming tray and steam for 1.5 hours on high heat.
