Glutinous Rice Lotus Root

Soak the glutinous rice for 1 to 2 hours to drain the water, peel off the lotus root, cut the lotus root on one side, and feel that the length can be fixed with a toothpick. When filling the rice, use chopsticks to compact it in the hole. Do not fill the top cover. Once done, the rice will expand. Use a toothpick to fix the top cover and put it into the pressure cooker. Put 10 hotan jujubes, some rock sugar and handmade brown sugar in the lotus root. The amount is estimated by yourself, and it can be colored.

The cooking time depends on the size of the puppet. I cooked it for 30 minutes and soaked it overnight without opening the lid.
