Glutinous Rice Shrimp Cake

1. Wash the prawns and set aside

2. Chop the prawns into puree, it is more convenient to choose river prawns

3. Add salt and chicken powder to the shrimp paste and mix well

4. Beaten eggs

5. Pour the egg liquid into the shrimp puree, the amount of egg liquid added depends on the amount of shrimp, not all of it must be added, and then a little cooking wine

9. Put the glutinous rice into the steamer. If the glutinous rice has been soaked overnight, steam it on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. If the soaking time is short, the steaming time will be longer.
