Glutinous Rice with Peas

Raw material preparation.
Peel the pea rice, cut the sausage into small cubes, and cut the bacon into slices.

Wash the glutinous rice and soak for 1-2 hours.

Drain the glutinous rice, put a scarf on the steaming rack, and spread the glutinous rice on top.

Add the diced sausage and bacon slices and steam on high heat for about 30 minutes.

Add 2 teaspoons of oil to the pan, pour in the peas and stir fry, add salt, cover, and simmer until the beans are cooked.
6.
Steamed glutinous rice, sausage, bacon.

Pour the steamed rice and meat into a pan with peas, heat it on a low heat, stir and mix.
Tips:
As sausages and bacon have a salty taste, it is recommended not to add too much salt.
The tender peas, paired with springy glutinous rice, are crystal clear, especially recommended, to taste the original taste of the ingredients.
If you like the texture of glutinous rice, you can steam it in a steamer like me. It's really delicious.
If you use a rice cooker to cook the rice, don’t soak the rice. The amount of water depends on your habit, but it can be harder.
