Gluttonous and Delicious Shredded Cabbage, Too Wasteful of Rice

Ingredients: cabbage, carrots, pork belly, green onion, ginger and garlic

Chop green onion, ginger and garlic, slice carrots, slice pork belly, wash and tear cabbage into small pieces

Pour edible oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, stir-fry the pork belly

Fry until the edges of the meat are browned and push to the side of the pan, add bean paste and fry until fragrant

Tips:
The thick stems in the cabbage leaves can be used without or sliced into thin pieces. Stir-fried pork belly is more fragrant. If it is dry when cooking, you can add a little water to stir-fry.
