Gnocchi

Eggs in flour, a little salt and water, and mix well

Tips:
Eggs are added to the flour for better toughness, so it won’t batter after a long cooking time. This bowl of gnocchi is only seasoned with salt, and the overall taste is refreshing without losing the freshness of the ingredients.
