Gnocchi-Italian Potato Gnocchi is one of the most common Italian pasta made of mashed potatoes and flour. I have tasted the local potato gnocchi in Venice and Rome before, and I am deeply impressed by the fresh and delicious taste. I came back and tried it myself, and found that the method was not as complicated as expected, and the taste was not worse than the local taste at all~"

Gnocchi Potato Gnocchi

1. Peel the potatoes and wash them, put them in the microwave and steam for 15-20 minutes until they are fully cooked, or put them in the oven without peeling them for about 40 minutes until they are done. (If the potatoes are peeled, the surface of the potatoes will be roasted dry, so it is recommended to roast them with the skin and peel them after they are cooked)

2. Mash the potatoes with a fork

3. Add the egg yolk and mix well

4. In the flour

5. Knead the dough with your hands

6. Cut a small piece of dough

7. Knead it with your hands to form long and thin noodles with a diameter of about one centimeter

8. Knead all the dough into noodles and cut them into pieces of noodles in a length of 2 cm.

9. Put it in boiling water and cook until the gnocchi floats up

10. Remove most of the water in the pot, add 2-3 spoons of spaghetti sauce, you can add some vanilla leaves

11. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes to complete
