1. Chili, wolfberry, garlic, rice wine (or white wine can be used), (salt forgot to put it on, please forgive me).

2. Wash the peppers, dry them or wipe them dry with a paper towel, then break the peppers by hand to remove the roots, and use scissors to cut into small sections.
