Goji Berry, Pumpkin and Yam Sweet Soup

Add appropriate amount of water to the Supor health pot. If you like soup, add more.

Wash the pumpkin, peel and cut into cubes.

Peel the yam, wash, and cut into cubes. Try to wear a pair of gloves when handling yam, otherwise the mucus will stick to the skin and it will be extremely itchy.

Put the diced pumpkin and yam into the health pot and turn on the herbal tea mode.

When there are 2 minutes left in the herbal tea mode, add the washed goji berries. Goji berries do not need to be soaked in advance. Cook until the end of the mode.

Then add rock sugar powder, close the lid, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Tips:
Don't forget to wear gloves when handling yam! Otherwise the mucus will stick to the skin and it will be very itchy.
Rock sugar can be replaced with white sugar or honey, and you can add it as you like.
The wolfberry does not need to be soaked. After washing it, it is directly placed in a pot and boiled for 2 minutes, and then simmered for a while, so as to retain its nutrition.
