Gold and Silver Spinach

Peeled corn kernels

Wash the spinach and blanch it in a pot

After blanching the spinach, remove and drain the water
4.
Cut spinach into sections

Pick up the frying pan, put the green onion and ginger into the pan and stir fragrant

Stir-fry spinach and corn kernels
7.
Stir fry with salt
8.
Stir-fry with chicken essence, stir-fry evenly and serve
Tips:
Spinach contains oxalic acid, so it must be blanched before adding to the dish. It is not advisable to add seasonings with heavy flavor and color to this dish.
