Gold and Silver Tofu

Beat the eggs into the bowl.

Sprinkle in some salt and chicken essence, and stir evenly into a flavorful egg liquid.

Cut the tofu into small cubes.

Pour a little oil into a clean wok, heat 60%, and add tofu diced.

Stir continuously until the tofu cubes are colored.
