"Gold and Silver Tofu" is cooked with salted duck egg yolk and tofu. The silver-white tofu is wrapped with golden sandy salted duck egg yolk, so it is called "golden and silver tofu". This dish tastes both soft and waxy of tofu and the aroma of salted duck egg yolk. Worth a try.
