Gold and Silver Tofu

Main and auxiliary ingredients: tofu, salted duck egg yolk

Cut the tofu into suitable size cubes.

Soak the tofu cubes in light salt water for 10 minutes.

Then remove and drain the water and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and use the same amount of cooking as usual. Add the salted duck egg yolk.

Slowly stir fry over low heat, and stir-fry the salted duck egg yolk to "turn the sand".

Stir fry until the salted duck egg yolk has no particles and is fluffy.

Add spare tofu.

Fry with a spoon, stir the fluffy egg yolk and coat it on the tofu.

Season with salt.

Stir-fry evenly, so that the salt will melt and taste.

Take out the pan and serve. Sprinkle some chopped green onions and serve.
Tips:
1. When frying salted duck egg yolks, be sure to use low heat to avoid muddy bottom.
2. As the saltiness of the salted duck egg yolk is not the same, try to put it in the final salt.
