Ingredients: pork shreds, mung bean sprouts, dried sauce, leeks

Wash the ingredients, cut the sauce into shreds, pinch off the two bean sprouts, cut the leek into sections, cut the millet pepper into circles, add salt, cooking wine, wet starch, and egg white to the shredded pork.

Put oil (approximately 400g) in the pot, add the dried soy sauce and mung bean sprouts when it is 50% hot to make the oil quickly (approximately 3-5 seconds)
